When does the Luraco i11 ship?
The i11 starts shipping in early November. Orders ship in the order they're placed, and we confirm your delivery window by phone when you order.
How is the i11 different from the i9 Max Plus?
The i11 adds a 3D calf and knee massage system with calf stretching, AI spinal detection, calf and knee heat (five heat zones in all), a deeper zero gravity recline and 8 user profiles. It keeps the i9 Max Plus Split L-Track, 3D rollers and easy-entry armrests.
Which edition should I choose?
The i11 suits most people up to 6′9″ and 300 lbs. The Big & Tall Edition is rated to 6′10″ and 350 lbs. The Special, Billionaire and Royal editions add a second 3D engine, personalization and luxury finishes. Call 888-772-8804 and we'll help you pick.
What does delivery cost?
Curbside delivery is free to the lower 48 states and to Canada, with customs and import fees included. In-home delivery with full setup is $500 in the contiguous US. See the delivery policy.
What warranty comes with the chair?
Luraco's warranty for home use covers 5 years of parts, 3 years of in-home labor and 10 years on the leather. With your i11, we add 2 more years of in-home labor coverage free (a $500 value).
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery. We arrange pickup and refund the full price minus $250 for return shipping. See the return policy.
