When will I receive my order?
Delivery generally takes 2–3 weeks from your order. The i11 starts shipping in early November, and orders ship in the order they're placed. We confirm your delivery window by phone when you order.
How is the i11 different from the i9 Max Plus?
The i11 adds a 3D calf and knee massage system with calf stretching, AI spinal detection, calf and knee heat (added to heat for the lower back, hands and feet), a deeper zero gravity recline and 8 user profiles. Which edition should I choose?
The i11 Standard Edition suits most users comfortably up to 6′9″ and 300 lbs. The Special Edition gives you two massages at once: one 3D roller system works your neck, shoulders and upper back while a second works your lower back. It also adds a Luraco blood pressure monitor, backup power and personalization. The Special Edition is our most popular edition.
The Big & Tall Edition has everything in the Special Edition plus a 24″ seat and a reinforced frame, rated to 6′10″ and 350 lbs. What is the size and weight of the chair?
The chair arrives with the armrests and footrests detached, so each piece is lighter and easier to bring into your home, and wheels on the bottom make it easy to move into place.
Upright it measures 48″ H × 38″ W × 65″ L; fully reclined, 47″ H × 38″ W × 87″ L. The Standard Edition weighs 280 lbs (Special, Billionaire and Royal 310 lbs, Big & Tall 320 lbs) and ships in one box, 55 × 34 × 47 in. Call 888-772-8804 and we'll check your doorways and stairs.
What does delivery cost?
Curbside delivery is free to the lower 48 states and to Canada, with customs and import fees included. In-home delivery with full setup is $500 in the contiguous US. See the delivery policy.
What warranty comes with the chair?
The standard warranty for home use covers 5 years of parts, 3 years of in-home labor and 10 years on the leather. The extended warranty extends in-home labor to 5 years (5 years of parts and in-home labor in all) for $890. Add it in your cart or within 90 days of your purchase.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery. We arrange pickup and refund the full price minus $250 for return shipping. See the return policy.
