Shipping policy

Free curbside delivery to the contiguous 48 United States and to Canada on every Luraco massage chair. For Canadian orders, all customs and import fees are already included in the price, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Chairs ship new from Luraco's factory in Arlington, Texas by freight carrier. Most in-stock orders arrive in 2–3 weeks; Luraco i11 orders ship as production allows (production starts November 2026), and we confirm your delivery window when you order. The carrier calls you 1–2 days ahead to schedule a delivery time.

Curbside means the chair is delivered to your curb or driveway. The boxes weigh about 380 lbs in total, so plan for two or more people to move them inside.

In-home delivery with full setup: $500 (contiguous U.S.). The team carries the chair to the room you choose, assembles it, tests it and takes the packaging away.

Damage: inspect the boxes before signing, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and call us within 48 hours. We'll work with Luraco to repair or replace damaged parts.
